Hello there!
It’s nice to e-meet you, I am Georgia Bevan, the mind behind Eclipse Fuel and Performance.
I’m an Accredited Sports Dietitian, strength and conditioning coach, Inaugural AFLW athlete, cook/baker, dog mum and perfectionist gone rouge. I love travelling the world as much as I love curling up to a good book in my own bed.

 

 

5 Years Of Experience as an accredited Dietitian and Athlete

I am a passionate non-diet dietitian who wants to empower people to feel confident to fuel themselves. With my own experience of binge restrict mentality that followed me from my teenage years into professional life, I know the power of education and pushing back against diet mentality. I was sick of seeing other people go through the same struggles and sifting through the misinformation on the internet. I created an approach that supported my clients health and performance goals as well as creating freedom with their food and body.

At At Eclipse Fuel our core values are well-being, growth and making a difference. Each of these values captures how we work with clients to shift their mindset from the black and white of diet culture to a place of self-care and growth mindset. Pushing back against diet culture means working against what you have always known. I support my clients to find their own values to draw on when times are tough and lean into the challenge. We work together to ultimately build a version of themselves that is healthier, happier and confident in how they fuel their body.
